Making own wedding stationary - where to buy card/paper

Options
I'm planning on crafting my own wedding stationary and would appreciate any advice on the best place to find value for money cards/papers. I'm not looking for anything fancy in particular, just plain and matt cards and papers.

I ask because I used to buy this sort of thing from the highstreet, from Paper Mill actually, but it's increasingly hard to find at a reasonable price in a variety of colours. Happy to shop online too - seems a shame though that you can't see the papers first before buying.

Thanks in advance for your help!

  • Hiya, I got my card from the works, it was 30 sheets of a4 for 99p and my envelopes and embellishments I got from eBay and amazon. It's cost me 20 for everything to do my invitations, place cards, menus and table plan xxx

I have always bought our card from PDA crafts. Worth sending for their swatch samples, excellent choice of colours and texture. Delivery is quick. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with their service. No I am not on their payroll! Just a grateful mum who has crafted many wedding invites
