Do Cadburys contact you about a complaint

Earlier this month I filled in the online form on Cadburys about my disappointment of this year's advent calender - three or four different choc shapes, one of them unidentifiable, no pictures behind the doors and no choc for CD.

Not heard a bean from them.

But I heard from Kellogs within 3 days with filling their form online with vouchers.

Don't expect a reply off Cadbury I emailed them about crispellos and got no reply

Hi, I emailed exactly the same thing, my 3 yr old can't read and with no picture to look at where is the excitement! my 5 yr old also hated it, he can read but it was absolute nonsense wasn't it!
I had a reply with equal nonsense about their market research that said the new design would be liked by everyone, although it did say they will review the design. Rubbish. Thornton's advent calendars for us next year!

my son had one and it was completely empty!! not one single chocolate behind any doors..
my mum always buys my kids thorntons ones. think i'll stick to them.. however i heard lindt does one!!!
