Cooking turkey thigh joint - help for a veggie

As there are only 1 and half meat eaters in our house, buying a whole turkey seemed a waste so I picked up a turkey thigh joint yesterday.
However it has no cooking instructions on it and googling just says cooking times vary depending on size - can anyone help its 800g?
Also (having googled) I understand its going to be dark meat should I treat it differently when dressing it for cooking?
Any help much appreciated

Thanks but I've seen that recipe and it doesn't say what size/weight the thighs are.We Made-it-3 on 28/01/11 with birth of our gorgeous DD.0

The half is a nearly 3 yr old who my or may not eat it depending on how the wind blows!
I'm the ignorant veggie - I think it's boneless, I can't see a bone anyway. It must have come from a pretty big turkey, I do hope it will taste ok, I've read a few negative things about this cut while I have been googling. We Made-it-3 on 28/01/11 with birth of our gorgeous DD.0 -
We're having this tomorrow (me and 2 sons) and it says 70 minutes. 190
degrees.
ETA - mine is 750g and I was just going to cook it under tin foil.0 -
Thanks Frith - that's really helpful and no thanks to Sainsbury's who failed to put any instructions on the pack.We Made-it-3 on 28/01/11 with birth of our gorgeous DD.0

Mine's from Sainsburys! The instructions were hidden underneath mine. Just hoping it thaws considerably more than it has done so far. :-/0

Instructions will be under the label, usually on the other side, or underneath the tray holding it, if there is one. There will be some sort of instructions there, or a cooking time indicator. This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
