Ordered an item from Amazon and tracked the parcel. Yesterday stated out for delivery. It came to 9pm so I checked Amazon site and tracked it again and it showed delivered and signed by me at 7pm!!!
Contacted Amazon and they immediately refunded.

    I was in the house at the "delivery" time and no-one called at my house

    It'll probably be with a neighbour, or vaguely similar address.

    Hi im not sure amazon would refund until they have researched your claim. As already posted, it you didn't answer the door they automatically try a neighbour either side. I don't suppose you have asked either of them have you?? If it was small enough I know they post through the letterbox.

    I've had a few things delivered this last year by an oriental lady in a car - no, not a takeaway :D I can't remember who the courier was but it was goods from Amazon in each case.
