I ordered a wax jacket last week for collection in store. I received the order confirmation email then nothing. i had to phone them 5 days later to be told they'd actually sold out and I shouldnt have been able to actually purchase the jacket.£2019 in 2019 #44 - 864.06/20190

I had a similar thing, half the items I ordered didn't appear on my dispatch note, phoned them and was told that they had sold out. Never received my order confirmation until two days after the order had been placed and can't help feeling this had something to do with them being unable to fulfill my order :mad:0 -
I haven't had any news of my order either and no reply from 2 emails to customer services as they are busy...phone constantly engaged or in a queue too and don't have the time to hold for more than 20 mins while I'm at work0

Has anyone recd any items yet? I went for the cheapest delivery option so think its up to 10 working days but I'm. Guessing might be longer due to the sales pressure.....not got a good feeling about this place now...hope they fit him when they get here as getting a refund could be a nightmare0
