I managed to order one yesterday, but although I can see my order online, I never received a confirmation email... bad sign?
edit: ignore the above, just received an email saying it's on its way!
  • I just called my local WHS in Woolwich. They told me there's plenty of £29.99 Kobo Touch'es in the store. Hopefully there's one left when I get there later. Fingers crossed. icon14.gif

The Kobo Touch in Black, Blue and Lilac are available online. BE QUICK!

I picked mine up this morning. The member of staff asked me what colour did I want. I saw all the dummy boxes and they were all black. I asked if they had the blue one in stock. They did.

Earlier this week, I did order a mini one. Just got the email saying its ready for collection. Getting a refund for it.

If you are tempted, but unsure about Kobo, they are great e readers.
I have had a Glo for 18 months and just love it.
I managed to get my daughter a Mini for 29.00 before Christmas and she loves it too.
They are a real bargain at this price.

    Hips

Thanks hips12, that's good to know!

I ordered the Touch yesterday for a sibling's birthday - haven't had a confirmation email from Smith's yet though.

Sibling is a bit of a technophobe so hope it's as easy to get books on to the Kobo as it is with my Kindle.

Just a heads up - The Kobo Touch, currently £29.99 (and possibly the other Kobo's) increase in price from Friday 21st February (two days time), so if you are undecided, decide quickly!
