Well done on the win FF (I think!)

Just been complaining to Bank of Scotland and got £30 from them and they are putting things right as well. They can't decide if they are Lloyds, Halifax or BofS and changed my Halifax product to BofS which wasn't as good. I had phoned to tell them not to so was really annoyed.

I'm with the royal Shiels and they are horrendous at times also have an account with a local savings bank which has been going for 129 years they have about 12 branches round the area I use the account for shopping and every day things. Well last week Got a letter from them that as from the beginning of June they will only be opening Tuesdays and Thursdays what use is that? They are also going to be charging for cashline withdrawals as well:mad:

Used to work for BofS rose and get pension from 1st husband from them so stay with them. Have claimed compo a few times. They charged DS2 ridiculous fines when he was in financial bother so especially like to claim some back! Do most of my banking on line and it annoys me when I have to phone them. Staff in branch fine but you need appointments for least little thing. Not like the old days!
Really bad to charge for withdrawals.
