    .

Put out an artificial nest for them. This will temp them away from your wall and keep them there to pollinate your plants.

agree, it'll be a stressfull time sheils,
I remember when we had ours all done in the old house,
most nights we ended up at the pub for a meal &/or chippy/take aways, was far to tiring to be cooking & kitchen was upside down with everything being done so couldn't do much in there anyway & if you're anything like me ok the workmen cleared up each day but I still went round with wipes/hoover etc when they'd gone,
think you've the best idea with the bar lunch as you'll need to sit & relax a bit away from it all x
hope they sort the car out for you.

Oh, don't remind me. We've just had our kitchen done - 5 days they said, we are on day 13  only thing that needs doing now is some holes on the outside wall filling in.
My stress levels have been through the roof for all this time too, because its a fella who has people who work for him, decided half way through that he wanted to do everything himself at his own pace. We've only got to where we are now because I went mad at one point, due to being let down several times, etc. Funny how a woman's glare solves a lot of issues too. :rotfl:;)
The novelty of takeaways/chippy, etc soon wore off.
I hope we see the last of them today.

BTW, Click to win is still bl00dy slow. MEH!!:rotfl::mad:

    2 floors up :D

can't afford an atrificial nest - don;t really want to block them in. might leave it as not doing any harm plus they will pollinate the stuff i have on the balcony

They are very easy to make and the bees won't mind being 2 floors up.

You only need one. You could attach it to your railing.
