wingobins you should have told the shop assistant in the Kitchen Shop "make way for a substantial Lottery winner". You could have had some some fun getting them to grovel to your every wish. Next time make them work for their sales. Hope you get the kitchen of YOUR dreams.
Sheils congratulations on your first New Year win.
I am having a bit of a lazy day, had 2 weeks off work on holiday, my son was home for Christmas from Malaysia, he went back Thursday and arrived in Malaysia Friday (30 hours travelling). Trying to catch up with all the competitions before real life gets in the way.
Alfie lovely hearing from you, glad you had a fun time at Christmas.
fire**fly, lomaxsylvia, ellemm and everyone I forgot to mention have a happy new year and hope you win loads of prizes.

Just sitting having a Cappuccino and a Baileys now - lovely!

Hope you enjoyed your beers FF & Sylvia - afraid I can't stand the stuff.
DH had already checked if Casualty was on for me Sylvia. I hardly touch the remote as there are so few things I want to watch.

Great your son was home Dreams. It never feels right to me not having DS1 home for Xmas, thats 2 Xmases with out him now. DS2 always came home about now as he was always working. Think he will be home by the end of February though unless he changes his mind.

We have 2 Chineses in town FF but neither that wonderful and both pretty expensive so usually only have one when we are away.
    Enjoy yours anyway.

Aw that's lovely that your son was home for Xmas Dreams :) Hopefully won't be long before you see him again. Same for you too Sheils, I couldn't imagine being a day without my kids!

Thanks for letting us know Katie is ok in Devon. It is a worry when you don't hear from peeps knowing they live near the floods.

Sounds like a great bargain on the flights ellemm :) Soon be in the sun again!

Sylvia, hope you get some bargains soon with your vouchers. I do like the dysons too but it's my second dyson on its way out so may try another Hoover this time at half the price!

A Chinese sounds yummy fire**fly  Would have got one myself but I took the kids to seaside today so we had a KFC there. (3rd t/a this week! ) Back to normality next week when kids & me back at school!

Forgot to say, DH got a gillette razor in the post with his nickname 'steptoe' on it! :D I remember entering for him and the kids wanted to put his nickname on that they call him :p
