Morning all. First day back at work today . Dunno if it's been posted on here but lynx duo set is reduced again on boots website. Was £8 then £4 now £2.40. Ordered a few for pressents this year. Link is on boots sale thread.

Morning all!

Skim reading to catch up! Feeling a bit eurgh today, I slept awkwardly and have somehow done something to my left arm and chest muscle. It's a combination of reflux and that I think as my chest pain has almost gone since I had breakfast.

Bliddy annoying as I pulled my right chest muscle a month ago and it took ages to heal as you can't really rest chest muscles!
