Probably a half witted question, but as I don't know the answer I have to ask

Those of you who have picked up more than one order from Mr Shoes at the same time, does the SA get you to sign for each or just one? I picked up two, and the SA just gave me one slip to sign with only one order number on. I queried this at the time and she said that the till had a "collect all available option". This was on NYE and I just checked my online account and the one I signed for is showing as collected but the other is still showing as "received at store" as though it's waiting for collection. hmmmm

Is this a problem if you have received both orders? To infer you have not received something when you have would be fraudulent and not recommended....please consider the potential repercussions on the member of staff that gave you both parcels at once before possibly alleging you have not received your items.

Although I may have the wrong end of the stick but I can't think of anything else you're thinking of, other than emailing Shoes to confirm their system hasn’t updated correctly...

New fence panels delivered first thing this morning to replace one's blown down last week. Then two more blew down!

Oh dear I was heading towards NSD number 3 :mad: - I have no self control. And I really don't have a suitable column on my shiny new untouched daily spend excel chart - it will have to go under 'Misc'

But on the plus side I found the perks page with the downloadable free coffee voucher from Upper Crust - sent it to OH but his office printer is still not downloading PDFs :eek:
