    Love to all x x x

    You alright BB?

Hello all, had a manic past few days. Worked in central on NYE and managed to get home before midnight (it's lovely and strange to walk around a closed off London, despite the drunkards!). NY day I met the lovely VT () and completed my last day at Bluewater (so so glad, was working with someone who for some reason kept trying to trip me up at every opportunity, love power hungry saddos). Also had a very lucky escape, if I weren't working I would've surfaced in the afternoon, mean while someone drove down my road the wrong way shortly after I left and smashed into several cars where I was parked writing 3 off, including the car of a 70 something lady he smashed into. The police chased and caught him, turns out he was on drugs and very, very drunk, also disqualified form driving. Thankfully no one was hurt though. In the evening I went to Nando's and saw the lovely Matt Smith. Today I was running errands for other people and managed to get a parking ticket, and the rest of the afternoon/evening I've mostly slept, too much in fact, just woke up and now wide awake! So there's my confession elite. Hope you're all well and off for a catch up!

Also Scamps, sorry to hear about what happened, Em told me about it. I see everyone has posted really good advice and I adhere to what's been said. We're here for you :A

:grouphug: I completely understand that, sounds like me with my father, haven't spoken to him in nearly 11 years now.

The ticket is irritating, but it happens - just glad it wasn't a points inducing fine :D

Sounds like a busy time for you, I'm glad no-one was hurt by the moron in the car!

BTW I'm disappointed that the Squeeze song wasn't this one, which I've loved since I was about 8! (I was 1 when it came out)

I can remember mine, we haven't spoken in 5-6 years, I tried to make it up with him last xmas but he cut me dead so I won't be trying again any time in the foreseeable future.

I have another brother who will keep in contact despite me wishing he'd just bog off. Aren't families funny! :rotfl:

:rotfl: I didn't want to go for the obvious pun but it did cross my mind! I was -4 when that came out :)

    Oh right!

I sent him a lovely xmas card with a few choice paragraphs in it, I gave him my e-mail address so he could reply that way if he chose, I ended saying something along the lines of "would you be willing to sort things out"

On Christmas eve I got an e-mail and in its entirety, this is it...................

    No.

I was literally :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:, he was 25 at the time and I thought it was just a ridiculous way to respond, I never heard anything else either.

I realised then that perhaps I didn't want him back in my life after all, since it seems he hadn't changed one bit since he was 19!
