I picked mine up yesterday with no RL in.....but they are refusing to refund me anything for them.....so I paid £45 for 2 razors which is about what they're worth!!! Have complained about this lack of refund-will see what they say

Did they automatically refund your RL? If you don't mind me asking how much did they refund?

Hi Lil_tiger, My order was delivered yesterday minus the 1 pink RL i ordered (blue wasn't in stock) & they had only charged me £88 ish which was £23 less than original total. RL was showing as £23 on my order hth . They should refund you :(

My complaint was sent yesterday so should have a response in a few working days......if they don't get back to me I guess I'll just return the razors for a full refund....not the end of the world

If you just mean a refund of what you paid, dont, I am sure people on here would be glad of a razor for the price that you paid ;) (If you mean for their real full price, fair enough :) )

    Afternoon peeps. :)

Thankyou all for your advice. RE- bank. no overdraft on it, yes it's joint as was savings account. Both cleared and she's put it all into a new account of her own. :( £15000 I'm not going to see again!!

I'm surprised we lasted this long, 11 yrs+. When i first met her she'd not long got divorced from a millionaire buildings architect, (for those in Bristol, Aztec West hotel is one of his), she left with nothing. Her mother never approved of me and has always put me down to my wife, she's very very materialistic. her parents are rich and have never helped us out in any way, but has always tried to bribe my wife with a house of her own and anything she needs, added to this, the pressure from her 18 yr old son who can only see £ signs in his head from them. Well, she finally cracked. It's her parents who have been bidding on a house for her and they've promised her everything as long as she leaves me!! They even threatened to cut her out of their will if she didn't!!!!!

That said, I started this relationship with nothing, and It'll end with me having nothing and I'm not that bothered to be honest. Yes it's hurting, but I know that with time It'll get easier, I'm not daft!!!

With the support from friends and my virtual family (you lot) I'll get by. It's just comforting to know that if and when I'm down, I can come on here for a chat and a pick me up.

Now wher did I leave my drink, Ah, here it is. Cheers peeps. Happy New Year.

Group hugs from all of us.

Do most of your standing orders go through at the start of the month - if so make sure weather or not they have been paid yet. You need to ring your bank - might need an appointment, freeze the account. You will need an account in your name for your own salary to go into.

Some solicitors will give you an initial free half an hour consultation. Even around here solicitors charge at least £90 an hour so its going to be very expensive to sort out.

Is the house in your name or both names - another thing that needs clarifying.

Also you need to let the council tax people know you are the only person in the house as most councils give a discount for singe householders.

Also your car - whose name is on the log book? Has it got finance and if so whose name is on the paperwork?

There are loads on the group who will be able to give advice on the basic practicalities - stuff that needs to be done ASAP before you can go forward.
“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”

Currently catching up from last night.

My sainsbob shop didn't go as planned, they said my coupons were fake  and some rude busybody cut me off and started talking over me!

In short, came home with 2 pizzas for 20p which still is a fantastic result but the attitude of the staff I met today was unreal, I was made to feel like villainous; like some kind of criminal! I understand the stores need to be vigilant as some idiots try to defraud them using copies but I never have and never will, it's downright stupid.

Awful bad day today :( DD managed to help me out of bed at 1pm

Hope everyone is well and not suffering too much after last night's celebrations. x

I have waited for hampers to go down even more last couple of years and missed out, either not been about right time or already gone before final reductions. ;)

You got to admit it is rather nice isn't it. :D

Got to come clean I didn't even ask Mr Tinyshoes. :o
