It's the best exercise for all over toning I've found, but right now, the only thing I can run is a bath :rotfl::rotfl:
it doesnt matter one jot where you finish - nor even that you participate. what matters is the goodness it does for your body. you can buy medals in a shop but you cant buy body fitness anywhere

Have spent morning upgrading coupon folder, feel like a professional couponer with my new binder from the charity shop £2.49 and some trading card inserts. Even put dividers for coupon types, conditional spends, h&b, drinks. Space for wallets, pen and lists inside too.

Have you downloaded the latest IO7 - its been revamped
Fully charge first.
iPad problems - my OH says plug them up to your computer, resynch with itunes which should back up your settings and then do a restore
- you must have the latest iTunes.
When its restored it will ask you what you want to do, follow the instructions and you will get your settings back.
Let us know if this works - OH says check Apple help forums :T
I had to download that the other day so I could use the 12 Days of Christmas app (total crap so far). Quite cheeky really they make you update for that. So far it's made everything on my iPad sluggish, particularly t'internet.
Afternoon everyone!
