    Good Morning all I've been spring cleaning the outside of the house door windows etc must be feeling better. Haven t actually needed to go to the toilet for about 20 hours now lol. Probably won't need to go for about 2 weeks . I lost 10 lbs though but I suppose some of it ll go back on.

    j have been try lots of different ways to get the glitch to work :(
    has it finished now or im I doing it wrong?
