Superdrug in store collection...

Hi, not sure where to put this but here goes.

Ordered some Paco Rabanne Million spray for a Christmas present for someone via Superdrug on the 18th December. Because it was fairly late in the day i thought it best to order it to be delivered to my local store so i could pick it up, rather than risk the postal service being on time.

Anyway, i have still not received any email confirmation from them (says i will receive an email when it's ready to be picked up in store)


Now what's the likelihood that this is already available to pick up but at this busy time they have not processed it yet?

Would rather not leave it till the last day rush, but on the other hand local weather is telling people not to go out unless you have to.

Anyone have any knowledge/experience of Superdrug's collect in store process?

Do you have a number for the store? Might be worth ringing to ask.

Otherwise they may be able to give you one off the shelf if they have it in stock. I have done that with a Waterstones order before - they just sign your order confirmation to show you've collected it.

And as blas! as you like "oh we got that yes" "had it for a few days"

one one hand very annoying as they have not sent any email, but sorted cheers.
