Hi All
Still a relative newbie to these forums (in terms of posting at least) so if there is another thread about this I apologise for any duplication.
I am travelling down to Hull in March of next year (22nd to be precise) and plan to use East Coast Railways for the journey as on their website similar dates are ridiculously cheap lol
. So cheap in fact that it'll cost less to get there and back than it would just to park my car for the time I'm away!
Thing is the website just keeps showing that tickets are available to book until 21st March just one day prior . Does anyone know if there is a particular day that tickets are released. Really don't want to miss them.
Thanks in advance
All the very best and have a great Christmas/New Year

I think they should be available to book tomorrow - keep checking!0

Though release of tickets may be erratic over the holiday period.
I doubt if you'll miss out on your journey though if you are a day or two 'late' in booking.0 -

It's also possible that they won't be released until a later date given the 22nd is a weekend & there's always the chance of engineering works0 -

No need to keep checking - just sign up for the East Coast email ticket alert service - you'll get an email on the day when tickets for your chosen date(s) are released for sale:
www.eastcoast.co.uk/travel-information/advanced-ticket-alert/
(Untick the box if you don't want to be on their marketing email list.)0 -
I thought it was a Thursday that the tickets were released.
And I've registered for the travel alerts at least twice and received nothing.
Keep checking yourself, OP, just in case.0 -
BTW - if it's from Hull then it'll be Northern Trains not East Coast for the first part of the journey - unless you use a Hull Trains - em - train which will be direct but more expensive0

East Coast do run a rare direct service, if the OP happens to book on it.0
