miss leading mobile phone contract

i have been with t mobile happily for 10years and I was due a up grade, so when I got a phone call about it I thought it was from them. I did ask and was told it was about my t mobile upgrade and agreed with a deal, which when I went into the store in chester was told it was £11 more then I needed and that the call had come from car phone wear house who now say they wont change the contract. what can I do please?
