Home Appliance sales?

Hi,

I'm looking to kit out a new house with the full appliance works - washer, dishwasher, fridge & cooker.

Does anyone know of any places that do boxing day/January sales?

Also, anyone that does fireplace sales would be appreciated :)

I'm in the NW.

Cheers,

Rick

What about John Lewis for white goods? I've got quite a few JL vouchers but don't want to pay more than necessary for the fridge etc I need. Are their sales any good?

I imagine curries would be better for getting rid of last years stock..?

Yeah, JL is the only big brand I can think off that does white goods that has an annual big sale, but I don't know how much of it applies to the white goods.

Will just have to have a couple of trips out on boxing day....gulp.

John Lewis are closed on Boxing Day - the sale starts instore on 27th Dec. It will probably be online tomorrow or Christmas Day.

I know when I was looking for a fridge freezer approx this time last year, the 'sale' items on offer regarding white good appliances from John Lewis was practically non existent.

I did buy from them in the end, but at the normal full price.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.
