Hi hun
Welcome to DFW - ((hugs)) for everything you are going through at the moment.
The only worry I have is not the 100k he ran up 4/5 years ago but what debt he is accruing NOW. I feel that if he thinks he is getting away with the debt from years ago he is just carrying on running it up now thinking he can get away from it again
Please be careful and as advised above DO NOT take on any of his debt and DO NOT let him borrow against the house.
((hugs))

You are all talking loads of sense. I wish I had you peeps 16 years ago when I had people knocking on the door then. I should have known it would never get better.
Knowing I have you here makes me feel at least I have someone to talk to about it who understand and dont judge.
Thank You All!!Tallyhoh! Stopped Smoking October 2000. Saved £29382.50 so far!0 -
