How to store homemade baked goods to keep them fresh

Hi everyone, I'm doing a big bake on Christmas Eve of sausage rolls, cheese straws, mince pies, biscuits and fairy cakes (my first big Christmas baking session). I know that the sweet baked goods will be fine just in a cool, dark place in a good sealed container but I'm not sure how to store the sausage rolls and cheese straws. I would like to eat them on Christmas Day and Boxing day, any help would be greatly received!

Sausage rolls will need to be kept cool in the fridge as they contain meat. Normally I freeze mine and then 'refresh' in a hot oven to crisp them up again before eating.
Cheese straws should be fine in an airtight container. I usually put a couple of bits of kitchen roll underneath them to absorb any moisture and keep them crisp. Again they can be heated in the oven before serving.

I think that any pastry, especially puff (or similar) is never quite so nice as when freshly baked.
I usually keep them in the fridge, unbaked, then bake as needed - I have them in one long line and cut as needed, to save space. If you can't do that, then "refresh" as Sue suggests, but only once - sausage rolls because you can't reheat meat too many times (bacterial growth) and cheese straws because they go hard. They can also be kept warm for while - say up to about 2 hours, wrapped loosely in foil.0 -
I'd be tempted to prep them all but just bake what you want for that day and leave the rest in the fridge ready to pop into the oven when needed.
They're always nicest fresh.Bossymoo

I think I will just prep the sausage rolls and cheese straws on Christmas Eve, keep in the fridge and then cook some Christmas and Boxing Day morning before I go round to their houses. Thank you for all of your help0
