  • Technically - you don't. But then I suspect that the whole return will be blank from an income point of view. I would complete the employment sheet for the directorship and declare zero income.

    Don't show 'o' in the dividend section - just leave it i.e. (Did you receive any dividends? - No!

    Excellent - going back to 00ec25 point earlier - it is a pity that you received no income 2012/13 from the company - personal allowances wasted.

  • NAMU - not sure it is a pity


    I earned nearly 7k and I think allowance was less than 8, and my hubby earnt 46k on paye from a role earlier in the tax year, so maybe be luck it didn't make any real difference?
