If you need one to get the loan, then no.0

The eligibility T&Cs (why haven't you read them?) make reference to "you" and "your", so if you give the number from someone elses card it won't work will it?
Now I am aware that some organisations will swipe someone elses Nectar card so they get the points from your spending (I've done it myself!), so I suppose your question is really...
"Has anyone blagged a cheap loan from Sainsburys by providing a Nectar card that didn't belong to them? Furthermore, if they were found out*, did Sainsburys then raise the rate to a much higher one?"
* The aforementioned T&Cs state Sainsburys reserve the right to check you haven't given false information. I'm not saying they'd place a CIFAS marker on your file (stating "application fraud: facility granted" or some such similar wording), but you're far better telling the truth! How long does it take to get a Nectar card?0 -
Just apply for your own nectar card?
FYI I just started a loan with Sainsburys, so far their service has been excellent. Small changes in the application can affect the APR though. When I applied for £15000 they quoted 5.2%, when I dropped to £14999 it changed to 4.9%.0 -

It's not as if they'll turn you down for a Nectar card!0 -

I'm not so sure when you hear some of the stories on here, surprised we haven't heard of one yet!0 -
Do you even have to "apply" for one?
They can be picked up off the counter at most BP stations and then registered online!0 -
I have a Sainsburys Loan and all has been smooth sailing.
The Nectar card is not necessary - makes a marginal difference in your APR and you get some bonus points if you have a card, but if you don't have one just don't apply for the Shopper Reward Loan, apply for the standard one. You don't have to have a Nectar cardDebt Free 08/08/2014

I don't have a nectar account, but my ex added me to his account so I have my own card. I applied for a Sainsbury's loan with the details from my card and everything was fine. The double nectar points are valid on all cards linked to the account so speak to your parents about adding you to their account and they will thank you for it.0

Just got my loan through. Thanks
However on the signature section it says the following, not sure how to sign it:
Signature (s) of X ___________
Customer(s) of X ___________
Do I write my name in the signature part and sign the customer or what?0
