Our chain of four exchanged on Thursday.
Completion not till Feb as someone in the chain can't move in Jan, but at least it's relatively certain now. Huge relief before Christmas.
Still refusing to believe we'll get the house as it's perfect, but I know problems post-exchange are rare.
Itching to get started on the MFW board as our new mortgage will be bigger (eight times bigger ) than our current one.
Thanks for all the bits of advice on here, especially from the mortgage brokers when we were having issues due to my job being a contract role.
