Well done on the food shop!

DH and I started going on a Friday afternoon which meant we got some bargains. Hoping to manage to do this still now I'm back at work but we will have to see.

You know you can PM me anytime. Even if I've got a lot on it's good to have a distraction or something else to think about. I'll make sure I find the time to reply :)

Hi Alchemilla - sorry if i worried you - yep i have been. I will go again at some point but last year i spent the time targeting my stomach problems as its a major inconvenience and i am now thinking of paying privately for a blood test for food intolerences. I also sporadically went about my thyroid (underactive). If my balance issues get as frequent and as bad as they were at their worst i will go again. I had a couple of tests done and am not and have never been worried about it at all - again its just a massive inconvenience as it really does mean i have to completely stop and wait however long it takes for it to pass - especially annoying in the street - i will fall over if i try and walk

Health was an area i focused on last year which is why i got as far as i did sorting my tum out :)

Hope today was better for you, DDFW - the balance thing, I had labyrinthitis at the end of last year, and Bob on here has had it too - its awful! But yours sounds like a quick attack and then feeling shattered, not quite the same m.o. Hope you can get it sorted.

    Thanks jwil :)

Hey KC - lovely to see you again :D Yep with balance is a fairly quick (up to a day maximum) thing - the shatteredness is the next day - i think my body just doesn't respond well to the experience. And yes i don't think its labyrinthitis. It will get sorted at some point - i am just working through my illnesses with the doc 1 by 1 last year was the year of the tum - such an inconvenience being so ill all the time. This year i am undecided between migraines and thyroid - hopefully i'll get a good prescription for the migraines this month and then i think i'll tackle the thyroid issue again - or maybe my sciatica - i am just going with which is the worst for me at the time. I know i sound like a real bag of illness don't i :p :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
