Newbie here - not quite sure if this is the right place to post or not, sorry. I searched for some Elemis stuff, and a site called ACHICA came up. Looks great price, but seems Customer Service is haphazard - some okay, some awful experiences. But the prices seem very good in their Clearance Department

Anyone had any experience of them?

I've not had direct experience, but quite a few people bought Pandora charms and seemed generally to have reasonable experiences. Some took a long time to arrive, however.

You have to weigh up different offers with elemis. The Achica site is cheaper (eg £117 instead of £159 for the jewels set)....but

The timetospa site has a number of different offers. There's also an offer code on quidco. You can only use 1 code, sadly. So - if you buy the jewls set with timetospa, you can opt for either: 20% off with the OP's code, gifts worth £117 with the quidco code or a gift set worth £110 that you can get from the timetospa site. There are a number of different free gifts offers on the site so it's worthwhile looking at which set has items that are best for you.

In addition, timetospa is offering delivery by Christmas.

Elemis isn't cheap, but it is excellent. It's worthwhile if you're spending a lot to work out which offer/site is best for you and go with that. I've gone with timetospa as I've used them many times before and they've been very reliable.
