Have I just won an Iphone 5c?

Okay, this may sound like a stupid question as I have just came home from christmas shopping and my hubby had signed for a package. I opened it and couldn't believe my eyes when a brand new, shiny, beautiful IPhone 5C was inside!!!!!!! :eek::eek:

Now, my hubby has got me all paranoid and wonders if it has been sent to me by mistake so I don't want to get my hopes up. I'm sure I have entered comps to win an IPhone but can't for the life of me think where this comp prize originated from.

Can anyone help me trace it? Most of all because I want to thank the wonderful person that posted the comp in the first place!!

i always find it strange when i read that some prizes which just show up dont come with a "congratulations" letter.

but does the packaging have a return postal address? maybe you can google it & find out the company?

Well it does but it's just for the deliver company. The phone came directly from the Apple store by the looks of it and the bill was sent to a Gayle Anderson.

I know it shouldn't bother me but it really is bugging me which competition it was from!! I want to be able to thank someone!!! :D

I'm guessing ur name isn't Gayle, as I got a phone as well thinking it may be from a comp phoned Three in my case to be told if was a scam. Where the scammer intercepts the package where he can and takes the phone.

So my advice don't start peeling off the stickers call Apple up as I'm sure more letters will be posted regarding billing for you to be told to post it back.

I have heard of a scam where you get a phone call telling you that a phone has been sent by mistake and a courier will collect it. Do not give the phone to him as that is a scam - say you have already sent it back. and get in touch with the company.
I hope it is a genuine win but please be careful if it isn't.

if it was a courier you may be able to put the info in tracking and trace it that way x
