Which Mortgage should I get

Options
Hi friends,

I need help in choosing the right mortgage plan. I wish to have a capital amount of $150000.

The first one having a mortgage interest rate of 4.99% with monthly payment of $1152 and with an estimated closing fund of $4065.
The second one is from safebridgefinancial.com having an interest rate of 4.24% with monthly payment of $1100 and with an estimated closing fund of $4830.

Which do you think is the better option. Please suggest.
Thanks!

I cant decide if this is spam or not... you only mention the one company which happens to be the lower rate.

Either way, this is a UK site not a US one.
