Just a quickie
I need a short term 40% mortgage on a 2nd property.
Will pay it off when the 1st property sells in the year.
Off the top of peoples heads who have been looking recently, what if any recommendations does anyone have?
Will be around 60k
Thanks in advance.

Thanks, just looking through via the google comparison thing.
I have a fill RICS property valuation done a couple of weeks ago, will a mortgage lender insist on another one being done through them, or will they accept my privately paid one?0 -
Probably require a mortgage report & valuation done by a panel surveyor.
If surveyor you used is on panel, they may allow a "retype" but they will usually charge their full fee, as many lenders pile an admin fee on top of the payment to the surveyor.
