Continuing Healthcare claim

Forum Mods...any chance of having own forum for these types of claims as I know a number of people (thousands I'm told) are pursuing claims to recover money paid to Healthcare trusts for nursing care and accommodation.
We entered a claim relating to this in Sept 2012, before the deadline to submit claims was implemented. Having been stonewalled by the continuing healthcare unit for the local Healthcare trust, I have just been informed today that our claim (apparently with others) has been passed off to a 3rd party claims assessor called Brayleino. Very frustrated and angry that it appears the nothing has moved on this for over a year and now its, apparently, being handled by an outsourced 3rd party ?? Anyone else in similar boat ?:mad:
