Choc chips in cookies, muffins, cakes? Melt chocolate, mix with crushed Digestives and marshmallows to make Rocky Road bars?
Chocolate chips and marshmallow toppings on a 'pizza' cookie (good Christmas gifts?)

You can melt marshmallow to make a cupcake frosting too - http://allrecipes.com/recipe/marshmallow-icing/
It could also be used as a sponge cake filling, or as the filling in whoopie pies0 -

you could use them with your Christmas dinner-creamed sweet potatoes with marshmallow topping (brown under the grill). It's delicious and really complements the roast turkey meal.0

as krlyr says, melt the chocolate & mix in the marshmallows with crushed digestives. My mum likes glace cherries or crystalized ginger, too, in hers; I like brandy or rum soaked raisins
Or, if they are milk-chocolate chips, you could melt white chocolate & mix in the chips with the biscuit for variety.0 -
I don't particularly follow a recipe for Rocky Road, but here's one

This one's done with chocolate chips (and condensed milk, for a more fudgey consistancy)

They all sound very nice - you're making me hungry!0

Nigella has a great recipe for a chocolate mousse which uses marshmallows and chocolate. Do a search on "Nigella recipes".0

I do a raspberry marshmallow pudding, but you need to be organised as you make it 3 days in advance - but apart from that it's dead easy!
Serves 6
½ pint double cream
½ pint plain yogurt
1 tblsp light brown sugar
1 bag marshmallows
1 box frozen raspberries
1. Whip cream until thick, but not butter like. Stir in yogurt and sugar.
2. If marshmallows are large, cut each into 4 pieces.
3. Add raspberries and marshmallows to other ingredients. Stir so everything is covered.
4. Leave in the fridge for 3 days.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
