I am attempting to make my first lot of dump bags today but I have a question. I have some jar's of sauce to use up which are thai green curry from aldi. I was thinking could I use some of that in some of the dump bags so split a jar between a couple of bags. Otherwise if I cook it all in one go I'd be eating the same food for 2-3 days I think. I just don't know as it is in a jar already can I freeze it ok before cooking it do you think?
I've always frozen jar sauces so I'm sure it would be fine
I find the ready cooked chicken in aldi or iceland handy for those struggle days, some of that and a jar of sauce with pasta or garlic bread, even slice some chorizo and serve with rice and you're laughing, minimal cooking just a case of heating the sauces and cooking the pasta or rice (can get the *ding* ones if easier)
One day I might be more organised...........
