Employed and Self-Employed at the same time

I'm currently self employed, doing occasional freelance work, of which my profit will be well below the personal allowance. I'm paying National Insurance six-monthly and will pay my Income Tax when I self assess. Now, I've recently taken up some casual work tutoring at my University, and they have obviously had to deduct Income Tax at 20%. They aren't currently deducing National Insurance. My total income combined will be below the personal allowance at the end of the tax year.

My question is, once I self assess in April(?), will I get refunded for the Income Tax that I have paid? Or is it something I need to sort out now to have the tax codes adjusted?
