Anyone else received their voucher from IPSOS lately?

Usually when I redeem a £10 voucher from IPSOS it arrives about a week later (sometimes after a few days). I requested my last £10 voucher back in november and haven't received it yet. I understand they are probably busy due to it being december now but am curious if anyone else has received a £10 voucher from them lately?
I noticed on the order history it says the following (when the others that I have received in the past all say "fulfilled".
"submitted step 2 02/12/2013"
It has said the above for the last 3 weeks.
Maybe they don't post vouchers out in december. I don't think the voucher was out of stock as normally it tells you before you order it. And it doesn't mention any thing about it not being in stock in the reward area.

I finally received it in the end. About 3 months later. It probably just got stuck in the system somewhere0

The £10 Amazon e-voucher with Ipsos has been sent almost instantly for a while now.
Maybe that would be better for you than one in the post? (if that's what you meant by 'post').0
