Roughly how long does it take to get a mortgage decision.

It will be a "paper application" with Nationwide so will be quite a slow process.
Any reason you stayed with NAtionwide, as you could probably have got a better rate and service by remortgaging away?
The fact that the "lady" at Nationwide is no longer a mortgage advisor (since last Thursday?!!) is not your problem, surely there is someone else looking after customers?I am a mortgage adviser. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I just thought that by staying with nationwide I would stand a better chance as have a really good history with them on my current mortgage, and was told this would be taken into account when applying for the mortgage in my own right.
Im actually getting a good deal with them so more than happy to stay with them for now.0
