    If you find a local council unit, there tends to be no additional costs for business rates. These tend to be included in the rent and service charge. Also, the heat light and power for these units tend to be cheaper or sometimes included in the costs.

    Insurance companies also love these council units as they tend to have 24H CCTV, fire alarm systems and 24H security (even if it is only remotely monitored) Your insurance premiums will be a lot cheaper as a result.
