Tesco Curry ready meal

Anyone else noticed Tesco seemed to have changed their Curry & Rice ready meals? The chicken used to be marinated, now it's just cooked and covered in sauce - like Asda.

Yeah my family noticed this..needs a good mix as it's watery. Still it's a good alternative when I'm too tired to cook!

Just had a Tescos Jalfrezi.....not as hot as they used to be, not too happy that it's made with chicken from Thailand....heard that in that country their treatment of chickens isn't very good..i.e slaughtering isnt very humane.

Only one reason Tesco are changing these meals (and sources/sauces) is a larger profit margin.

From recent business news, tesco are not doing that great up against the likes of Lidl (whose ready meals are cheaper and very much what Tesco ones used to be like.)
