I need help to complete my self assessment for the child benefit claims
I have applied and have all the log ins. I am confused as to how to work out my adjusted net income.
Typical 2012 pay slip
Salary 4083.34
Car allowance 437.50
Home to office 634.35 ( this is my expenses for train travel)
First aid payment 60
So my total taxable payments are 5231.24
Deductions
Tax 1133.97
National insurance 344.70
Pension sch 1 306.33
Sch 2 20.34
Ee rbte 2.38
Ees phi 47.25
Total deductions 1850.21
So net pay is 3381.03
I also have a private health benefit worth 399.00
I have gift aid various over the year but have no real records..?
Any help as to what my adjusted net income is so that I can complete the self assessment form would be appreciated

Hi, this particular sub-forum is normally used to raise queries about child support maintenance of one description or another. You will probably get more chance of someone seeing who can help you if you post in the main Benefits and Tax Credits board, or maybe even the Cutting Tax board for self-assessment help.
Sorry I can't help further.I often use a tablet to post, so sometimes my posts will have random letters inserted, or entirely the wrong word if autocorrect is trying to wind me up. Hopefully you'll still know what I mean.0
