How do you meet the criteria? Were you in contact at least every three months, was he paying before the arrangement broke down? If he's claiming ESA he will not be in a position to enter into a suitable payment arrangement to clear the arrears. Your opening post suggests you had limited contact with CSA over the last 10 years - not contact on at least a 3 monthly basis for the entire period.0
