I think you have to pay a "fee" for them to find you a loan!! Waste of time!!

have a look at the APRS absolutely huge. Dont bother
what is it you want the loan for exactly?
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

Loan company for people with bad credit I would say check there apr. I think they have a sister company called yes car credit sign the dotted line and pay the rest of your life . Stay away you will find better loan companys than that

I know of a few ppl who have been screwed by this company. they make you pay £50 up front promising you a loan of £xxxx but then only lend you a tiny proportion of that at a massive apr.

They are brokers who charge you £49 saying you have been accepted for a loan but then pass your details onto other companies such as welcome finance (avoid them like the plague) and you then have to wait from there.
• I was recently asked by YES LOANS to give my card details as a security check, is this legal for them to ask for this?
I stupidly gave the details and they took £69.50 from my bank account without my authorisation. I have contacted my bank who put the money back into my account but they told me they could not cancel any more payments to YES LOANS as i had willing given them my details. I explained why I had given them and was told i needed to cancel my card and get another.
Just seems strange that money comes out without authorisation and the bank still cannot stop any future money coming out from them
• does anyone know an email address for them, I'm fed up with trying to ring them to give them a piece of my mind??

You are happy to give them even more of your money by ringing them???

How much to you really think they will be bothered with your rant down the phone??

What do you think might happen to your ranting email?? (clue: delete key!!)

hi

Im fronting a mass complaint against yes loans, Ill give everone advice on how to get their money back without quips or rants. Unfortunately yes loans can keep £5 but everything else is a refund.

I'll guide anyone through the process including what to say to the cold callers and collecting credible evidence for a mass complaint.

Another bad bit of news it may take up to 80 days to gain your money back going through the system which yes loans are exploiting.

Please email me at auxr4dar@hotmail.com and ill give you advice, a copy of yes loans terms and conditions and a template letter to send to them. As well as info on the next step to make a formal complaint to the correct authorities eg financial ombudsman, trading standards the OFT the institute of financial planning and I wish to get as many people complaining to bbc watchdog to have some meaty backing

And please dont be put off by some people who trawl this very site and make sneer remarks at how daft people are etc, they are usually very sad socially inept people. Just get in touch with me and ill guide and help you the best I can
