Don't companies need to follow their Ts&Cs? (Tabasco FB advent)

Hi everyone
I noticed in the Tabasco UK FB advent Ts and Cs that their competitions are supposed to run from 8am to 11.59pm on one day, yet several of their winners didn't post responses until the following day...
I don't think that's particularly ethical, as I thought competition organisers were obliged to stick to their Ts and Cs, just as I as a comper am?
