Hi and merry greetings to all,basically I've been off sick for a while now,I have discussed this in here before,many thanks,I was given a final written warning,is this standard presedure ? I have not had any other warnings ? Also given a ultimatum that if I don't return next month I will be further disciplined,

Yes, it is standard to give a warning that your attendance level is unacceptable, and if it does not improve this will result in dismissal. Are you likely to be able to return in the near future?0

Maybe a return with the right treatment,but will take time,not before the employee suggested January return,as long as I know where I stand on the disciplinary,the final written,just seemed odd to me being a final for a first.0
