A genuine question, not a criticism....what's so special about them?

Nothing other than the name unfortunately.

These ones are one of the lowest in the line of dr beats and to be honest the sound quality is no better than an average £40 pair of noise reducing headphones.

They do look cool though and if you always wanted a pair then this price is a bargain ;)

At work I need to use headphones on a daily basis and use Sennheiser ones which have always seemed good, tried the dr beats ones and the sound quality and blocking of external noise was far superior. I can't justify the price of these for work unless they pay for it so bought a pair for my hubby for Xmas as he does a lot of video editing on his PC and needs good quality ones to do this.

If you use them on a poor system, it won't improve it but if it's a good one and you're not getting a really good quality out of these headphones then there's something wrong and they need to be returned.

Beats not included in the £40 off promotion now, glad I have already collected mine.
  • I went into my Tesco today to order some Beats for my son, I'd seen the offer and was just waiting for a cheque to clear before buying them (the expiry date states 24th December) when I got in there the woman told me the offer didn't show anymore but when I explained it shouldn't have ended yet and I'm going to have a very disappointed son at xmas she still honoured it

These have now decreased to £79 and are still in the clubcard exchange. :)
