I was bankrupted after separating from my wife and our properties were repsessed except 1. we also have a deposit on props in dubai. Can my wife take ALL of my pension of 23 years now even though we were married for only 7 because of my bankruptcy? We are not sure if the properties in dubai have fallen through.

Hi,
I'm afraid that is a family law question rather than a BR question. The BR has already happened so any assets in the BR sense will have already been claimed, but of course the pension is exempt as an asset in BR.
In family law however, as you realise, pensions can be 're allocated' as the judge decides is "fair".
You need to speak to a solicitor who specialises in family matters.
