My colleague bought something from this site at the start of the month, it's still not arrived, and she has been sent two codes for the order, but has no idea when it's due. She's tried calling for about 3 days, and emailed yesterday but got an "out of office" reply saying that they'll respond within 2 days as they're so busy.
Does anyone know any other numbers, or email addresses?
