Only good for small items, eg dvds, books etc. If you're thinking of getting a laptop or something then from what I've seen they're terrible. I personally know two people who had massive problems getting laptops off play.com and someone on this board not so long ago also had a problem ordering a laptop from them."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

Neither have I and I'm perfectly happy ordering dvds, games etc off them but just to warn everyone that when you order a laptop (and I'm sure other large/expensive items) play.com are merely acting as drop shippers, ie it comes from a different company altogether. Which I suspect is why their stock indicators aren't accurate. Eg my brother's girlfriend ordered a laptop and it got to the stage where it said it was being packed for dispatch and website said it was still in stock but apparently they never even had that model at all and play basically told her tough and refunded her, after she'd spent weeks waiting for it. There doesn't seem to be anything done proactively on play's part when there are any stock problems etc relating to the laptops."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"
