Offers in excess of £250,000?

    my mate put his 2 bedroom flat up for sale for offers over £220,000.

    he got £263,000 for it when it was sold last week

    in Scotland everything is offers over and in Aberdeen right now that means adding up to 25 per cent onto the offers over price to have any hope of securing the property.

    That's because aberdeen has the fastest growing housing market in the uk
