• The competition is open to UK only residents aged 18 or over.

• The main prize for one winner and their guest includes:
• Return economy flights from a London airport to a New York airport;
• Return airport transfers between the airport and the hotel in New York for both the winner and his/her guest.
• Three nights' 3* hotel accommodation in New York, based on the winner and his/her companion sharing a twin or double room (subject to availability).
• Basic policy travel insurance for two.
• The winner and their companion must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the USA including but not limited to making a timely application for receipt of ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) authorization under the Visa Waiver Program.
• Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip.
• Either the winner or their companion must be over the age of 21. Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended.
• Either the winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. The funds required will be $100 per night, so the winner/guest will need to have a minimum of $300 available on their debit/credit card at the time of check in at the hotel.
• Stay must include a Saturday night accommodation based on the winner and his/her companion sharing a room in a 3* hotel in New York.
• Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• No cash alternative is available.
• Personal expenses are not included.
• Prize is subject to availability.
• Travel insurance covering the winner and their companions for the duration of the trip to the USA is subject to the restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover where they would not be covered by this insurance including without limitation for any pre-existing medical conditions and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions are aged 74 years or over.
• The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks which are not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, additional treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations where required and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
• Prize valid for 12 months from winner accepting the prize.
• Prize cannot be taken over Christmas & New Year, Easter, Valentine’s Day, US & UK Public Holidays or during the months of July & August.
• One winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries and will be contacted via email.
• The winner will have one week to respond to notification they have won. Should no response be received another winner may be selected.
