Wanna buy a cheap long length waterproof mac

You know the material that waterproof trousers are made of - materially lookingish! on the outside and plastic on the inside - well I want a mans mac made of it. I looked on ebay but they are too short (as want it between knee and ankle length) and the right length ones are all ver pvc looking (like those ones we had in the 80s!!) I know you can't look glamorous in the rain, so want to look inconspicuous!! Anyone seen any?
