110k mortgage on 18k earnings is going to be quite a stretch..
Although this isn't the most romantic suggestion, but consider what you could afford on just your earnings were you to go on to have kids and her earnings reduce for a time. As well as cover were you to split and afford to keep the house (as that's how it fell for me)..
Granted the larger deposit will help you rates wise, but I was left with 120k mortgage on just over 30k earnings...0
